- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I think it's interesting how people feel empowered by writing negative reviews, complaining instead of simply offering suggested solutions, or choosing to rant rather than take their situation to someone within the organization who can truly affect change. Hurt people hurt people. I have doctored extensively over the years at many hospitals & clinics & intensely at Rochester Mayo. I recently moved to Hudson & have had multiple experiences at the Hudson Clinic all of which have been absolutely stellar. From initial phone calls & paperwork by accommodating receptionists, friendly & helpful nurses to competent doctor care. I love the aesthetics, the location & amenities. I think people need to be more aware of the amazing medical world & the fortunate, wonderful care found at Hudson Hospital & Clinic. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would not recommend this ER or anything or anyone in this building to anyone. They run excessive tests and perform services that are not needed to increase the bill. When confronted, they cop out to claiming it was in the Doctor's best judgement and you could have refused...Who is going to refuse tests when the doctor tells you there might be a severe issue?...Which you later find out had no basis.August 17, 2017by John Schmitz
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I have an option of going to a different emergency room I would definitely do so. My family has been there for a few different things over the last few years. We will not be returning again. One Dr was amazing, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Another Dr on the other hand was not. I don't normally place bad reviews out there but I am pretty passionate about this one. I know people can have off days but I don't think that was the case with the Dr I had.February 22, 2017by CAK
