Dr. Nelsen took the time to educate me on the procedure, and I felt like he really cared about the issue as well as my comfort the entire time. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience of my life, and I didn't even get to have my appointment. They didn't make the minor consent public to me and would not wait on me after I said that my mother was coming to join me so that I could have my appointment. The doctors would not stay late and I waited a month for nothing. The receptionist is the fakest and most rude person you will ever meet.
